As always, a request for "help" was met with, "Let's see what's wrong." Diagnosis was done almost on the spot, parts ordered, and difficult repair turn-around within 24 hours. There is always a ride home and a return pickup, if needed. After 20+ years of dealing at Menta's, I would not go anywhere else.

The radiator in my car cracked and my car stalled out at 3am on my way home. I was about 20 minutes from home. I had my car towed to Menta's because it was close to where I lived. Monday morning they called me very quickly and had already diagnosed the problem and had estimates and choice ready for me when they called. I was ultimately impressed not only because they had recommendations, but that he had done a thorough examination of my engine to insure before he called that there wouldn't be anything they missed before doing the work. They quoted a very reasonable price and told me that they would do they're best to get it done that day. When he called me back later, not only did he finish it quicker than expected, but he charged me less because of it. He could've kept to the quote- I never would've known that they had finished it quicker- but they were honest and completely above-board. You don't find that kind of honesty in too many places these days. I am very happy to have my car back, and extremely satisfied with the work these guys did for me. Thanks, Menta's, and especially to Sam.

I've been going to Menta's for years, ever since moving to Middletown 16 years ago. I never have to wait long for an appointment to get a state inspection or oil change, Sam lets me know if there's any maintenance I need, i.e. time to flush radiator or brake fluid needs to be changed, etc. Service is excellent and the work by their well trained mechanics is top notch. Your staff was wonderful, and alwayts is, in finding the problem and quickly resolving the issue of a replacement fuel injector. This was an issue that would have been covered under my warranty but unfortunately my dealer wouldn't be able to even look at my car for a week later. I was in need of a vehicle as quickly as possible so I had Menta's order the part and replace. The replacement along with a new battery cost approx. $700. I happen to keep the, one week out, appointment with my dealer in case it was needed. After my vehicle was completed by your shop I picked up and noticed a day later that my engine light went on again. Rather than returning to Menta's I thought it would be best to have the dealer look since I already had an appointment. What they found was that the EGR tube gasket was not put back on by Mentas and was causing air and vacuum leak. Unfortunately this cost me an additional $170 for repair by dealer. I would like to add that I have always trusted your sho
